Governing law and disputes
The short version.
The desk's terms of use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the desk is incorporated. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction, except where prohibited by the reader's local consumer protection law. The desk will not demand that a reader waive any consumer protection right the reader has under the reader's local law.
